Kyle and his father did a great job swapping out 7 locks in my house/garage to unify on one key and also added securing latches to three gates to allow padlocks to be used on either side (to allow gardener access). I went in today to replace the lock on my Thule cargo box.  I had broken the key off in the lock and furthered messed it up by trying to pull it out myself. Kyle spent 20 minutes fishing the key out and then replacing the lock cylinder. For all of that work he only charged $20. I told him I thought that wasn't enough but he insisted. I was really impressed with the effort he put into fixing the lock and his integrity in sticking to his price even though the work ended up being a lot more than expected.  Keylo will be my go-to locksmith from now on.

Kyle is great. We have used Keylo several times. My company has old doors that are heavily used and Keylo is always up to the task. They are also great about repairing the doors in a timely manner and they know what's going on. I called another company by mistake last time and the guy took pictures and left. He had no idea what to do to fix my issue. Stopped by for a key cutting request. I called ahead and asked about cutting a key for Ford F-250. I just need a back-up key. (i bought a key online). It was quick and easy. Price is good. ($6) Will DEF. do business again if I need to cut more key. Home Depot and Orchard Supply no longer cut keys which are not purchased at the store. Keylo's price is cheaper, anyway!

Amazing key maker with old-world charm and ethics. I went in to get one of my keys duplicated.  They had the granddad and the grandson working at the store - both supremely affable. The grandson helped me duplicate the keys. I go back and try the keys out an home, they do not work well. I take them back, the grandfather realizes that the machine these were made was not precise enough, tells this to his grandson so that he can learn which keys to duplicate where and then promptly makes me two keys which work flawlessly. I love this local mom-and-pop joint any day with its personal touch rather than the big box retailers who can churn out duplicate keys without any charm and competence.

Great customer service. I went in to have an extra key made and then spoke to Richard about getting a deadbolt installed. Kyle and Steve showed up on time the day of the installation, but discovered that the hardware store where I purchased the deadbolt did not include a special piece needed for thinner doors.  Kyle and Steve told me what to purchase and were not upset that they came all the way over and had to leave without doing the job. The second time they came out and set up their equipment again. The hardware store had sold me a "goof ring" which wasn't what I asked for. This time Kyle called the hardware store and explained that they had been out here twice and needed a specific ring for the deadbolt. The hardware store apologized and put the part on hold for me to pick up. Well, today was their third trip and success! They setup with drop cloths, completed the installation and vacuumed afterwards. They need a wonderful job and were so polite and friendly! I would have expected them to be frustrated at some point during the 3 trips they made to my house, but Steve and Kyle are true professionals!!! I highly recommend Keylo.

Really great customer service. Quick, efficient, thorough work. Fair price for their expertise. Kyle and Steve showed up less than 20 minutes after I called and not only fixed my lock, but with some creative problem-solving, also fixed up the door handle.
